No Customer Service
- - Account hacked; no response from the company after voicemails and emails.

My account was hacked. I tried to get a-hold of the company via phone and email, but received no response.
Whenever you call "all of our agents are helping other customers" no matter when you call. No one has responded to the several emails I have sent.
I have now left several vmails and sent more emails and still no response. Honestly with so many companies selling the exact same products- and with this company letting my account get hacked and not care- i would suggest spend your money elsewhere

Placed 3 orders and they were automatically cancelled by the website for supposed fraudulent activity. Transparent Labs said that they took care of the system and I would not have the problem again.
Long story short, the problem has persisted; I can't place an order to purchase their product, and they have yet to contact me regarding a resolution.
Apparently, my business means nothing to the company. I'm forced to buy products from a different supplement company.
